FIRE PROTECTIVE COATINGS

Offered by our company fireproof safeguards for steel made by PPG INDUSTRIES (formerly Ameron International) are based on sets of products STEELGUARD based on thin-film intumescent paints. These products delay the temperature increased by the load-bearing steel structure during a cellulosic fire so that construction facility maintained their mechanical properties for the time needed to evacuate people from the building. Our shell fire-retardant and fire protection are characterized by very high quality and durability, which is confirmed by the approvals, research, and above all in market interest in these products.

Typical applications for fire protection products include fire-retardant STEELGUARD of steel, galvanized steel, cast iron – inside and outside the facility. STEELGUARD coating can be applied both on site and in factories. The application can be carried out manually (brush, roller), airless or air.

With fire-retardant steel products line STEELGUARD we:

  • Supply the remaining paint comprising the coating system of fire protection,
  • Calculate the required thickness of intumescent coatings,
  • Provide technical training required by the staff confirmed the issuance of the relevant certificate,
  • Provide support for the inspection and measurement of coating thickness needed for documents acceptance.

Our experts will help you to choose the right fire protection system at the design stage in order to enable designers to maintain the desired shape architectural whilst complying with the requirements of building law and fire protection guidelines.
